While the tough Wednesday night fixture away to Chelsea might prove to be quite an exhausting outing, the Old Lady has ample reserves to secure all three points at home to Chievo.

La Samp are off to a flying start this season and are not joint top of the table only due to a -1 penalty the started with this season. Torino are also looking good for their money and most pundits will predict that they stay in Serie A this season. Neither team has yet to find their stride this season, with Palermo looking particularly poor as they have only secured one point so far. This will be a close affair, with both teams looking to play defensive football and hope to score from set pieces and counter attacks.

Bologna pulled off one of the comebacks of the season at the Olimpico last week, after being 2-0 down to Roma. Pescara on the other hand have yet to secure a point this season and are being highlighted as the early relegation favourites.

Cagliari vs Roma
Cagliari would have hoped for a better start to their campaign and have so far only managed to secure 2 points. Roma have played so of the best and worst football they will play all season, bossing Inter in their own back garden, while slipping up a two goal advantage to lose at home to Bologna. While the Sardinians will want to secure at least a point from this fixture, Zeman will motivate his players to take all three.

Catania vs Napoli
Catania have not had a bad start to their campaign and at home can offer all opposition a tough match. Napoli have currently won 3/3 games and will look at this fixture as an opportunity to grab 3 more vital points, as they look to win their first Serie A since the days of Maradona. Cavani and Hamsik are both on fire and should prove too much for the Sicilians.

Inter bounced back following a poor home loss to Roma to beat Torino in Turin, with the young defensive partnership of Ranocchia and Juan Jesus looking very sturdy and promising. While Siena are stubborn at home, they are poor on their travels and Inter must ensure that they win home matches like these if they intend to challenge for the title.

Both these teams are struggling to find their feet following the departure of a number of stars. Le Zebrette have yet to win a game, while the Rossoneri have lost twice at the San Siro. It will be a close encounter, however Milan are extremely lacklustre in attack and are going to struggle for goals this season, therefore I predict that Udinese will win this in a tight affair.

Lazio are currently playing some of the most exciting football in the Serie A, with Hernanes proving to be a catalyst for them and they seem to be unstoppable. Genoa have also improved this campaign and were unlucky to lose to Juventus at home following a number of missed chances before the champions finally equalised and didn’t look back.
