Bologna Vs Juventus
Bologna will be pleased to have left Parma with a point as their improved form continues, however Diamanti and his men still have a lot more work to do as they remain among the bottom 5 in the standings. Conte will be delighted with his side’s resilience as they never lost hope and deservedly grabbed a winning goal late into injury time via Spaniard Llorente, who finally seems to be settling in Italy. I can see nothing but a comfortable win for the reigning champions, despite the loss of Pirlo through injury.
Prediction 0-3

Livorno Vs Milan
Livorno are another side in a midst of a relegation battle and I reckon they will be returning back to Serie B unless a minor miracle takes place. The Tuscan side are clearly not up for Serie A football as they were pummeled on their travels to fellow relegation candidates Chievo. Milan registered their first league victory in over a month following a comfortable away win in Sicily, which also saw Balotelli find the net in what has been a slow month for him. Despite Milan having one eye on their crucial Champions League fixture I am backing them to win.
Prediction 1-2

Napoli Vs Udinese
Napoli roared back to life following a couple of slip ups in recent weeks to thump Lazio at the Olimpico and maintain their grip on third place. Their mettle will be tested once again when this strong Udinese side, who have finally found their feet, make the long journey South in what will be an enticing encounter so expect plenty of goals. Despite Udinese playing some superb football at the moment I predict it won’t be enough to beat Napoli at the San Paolo.
Prediction 3-2

Roma Vs Fiorentina
After their perfect 10/10 start Roma have now drawn four in a row following the loss of skipper Totti through injury. Coach Rudi Garcia will still take positives out of the last game as his side kept the faith and secured a late point via a Strootman strike. Fiorentina have been one of the most consistent sides this season and were on the winning end of a seven goal thriller in Gameweek 14. This is another mouth watering fixture between two of Italy’s top attacking sides. Exciting score draw expected.
Prediction 2-2

Cagliari Vs Genoa
Cagliari came from behind to secure an important point against Sassuolo however the Sardinians desperately need to improve home form especially against fellow relegation candidates. Genoa also came from behind when a tough Torino side made the short journey to the Luigi Ferraris and maintained their 7th place in the table. Cagliari have to be extremely careful when this on fire Genoa side visit and I am backing them to win here.
Prediction 1-2
Verona Vs Atalanta
Verona played for over half an hour with ten men and battled hard but still left Florence empty handed as their dire away form continued. At home however this newly promoted side have a near perfect record and deservedly sit in 6th place. As predicted Atalanta almost pulled off an impressive win against Roma in what has been a good month for Italy’s second Nerazzurri side. This will be an exciting encounter with both teams scoring however I predict the home side to run out as clear winners.
Prediction 3-1

Sampdoria Vs Catania
Just two points separate these two sides who currently occupy the bottom spots in the Serie A standings. Sampdoria registered an important draw against Inter at the San Siro in what was new coach Sinisa Mihajlovic’s first match in charge. Catania are a shadow of their former selves as they continue to struggle and have won just 9 points in these opening 14 fixtures. Home win expected here.
Prediction 1-0

Sassuolo Vs Chievo
Sassuolo will kick themselves for not securing all three points when they allowed Cagliari back in the game but will still be pleased with their recent form which has seen them climb to 15th in the standings. Chievo have won two on the trot as they too climbed up the standings and out of the drop zone, albeit on goal difference. This will be a close match between two sides both desperate to secure at least a point.
Prediction 1-1

Torino Vs Lazio
Torino did extremely well to leave Genoa with a point and maintain their positive run of form. Petkovic has gone from hero to zero in just 8 months following an excellent start to his reign at the Olimpico, his side has been struggling for form and media reports are hinting that he might be the next managerial casualty following their loss at home to Napoli. Torino are side at home and I predict a score draw here.
Prediction 1-1

Inter Vs Parma
Following a positive start the Nerazzuri are in free fall mode at the moment as coach Mazzarri seems to be struggling to gather his troops following the international break several week ago. Inter have now dropped four priceless points in two disappointing outings as they face this determined Parma side at the San Siro. Expect Cassano to get on the scoresheet against his former side but despite this I am backing a slender home win.
Prediction 2-1
