Parma Vs Bologna
Parma pulled off the shock result of Gameweek 13 by scoring a late goal on their travels to Napoli and leaving with three points thanks to front man Cassano. Bologna also did well last weekend to hold out for a point when Inter visited the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara. Considering Parma’s decent home form I am going for a home win.

Genoa fought like dogs to leave the San Siro with a vital point against a struggling Rossoneri side. As expected Torino brushed aside a poor Catania side with El Kaddouri grabbing a double. This will be an exciting encounter between two attacking sides so expect plenty of goals. Score draw predicted here.

Catania Vs Milan
Catania are a shadow of their former selves as they sit just two points above the drop zone. Who would have expected such a poor start to the season for a team who in recent years always finished in the top half of the table. Milan have been equally poor so far and have collected just three points out of six games on the road this season. Allegri’s men will take courage following their important away win in the Champions League to almost secure qualification to the Last 16. Away win predicted here.

Atalanta Vs Roma
Atalanta were defeated by lowly Sassuolo in Gameweek 13 and maintain their mid-table position while Roma have now drawn three on the trot following their initial 10 game winning streak. The Romans seem to be struggling without their leader Totti who is rumoured to be out until January. Another draw expected here for the team from the Capital.

Cagliari Vs Sassuolo
Cagliari will be delighted to have held out for a draw on their travels to Rome on Monday night while Sassuolo continued their positive run of form with an important home win over Atalanta. Just a single point separates these two sides who are both lacking in ideas upfront and that’s why I predict a bore draw.

Chievo Vs Livorno
Chievo remain rooted to the bottom of the table despite an important win over local rivals Verona in a match where Chievo were always on the back foot and somehow managed to win in the dying seconds, ending Verona’s 100% home record. Livorno were undone at home by a far superior Juventus side and have had a decent start to their season considering their very limited squad, which includes several on loan youngsters. Chievo have the worst home record in the Serie A and I am backing the visitors to leave with a point.

Inter Vs Sampdoria
Inter left Bologna a frustrated side on Sunday evening when they failed to take their chances and were denied by the cross-bar on a number of occasions. The Nerazzuri must bounce back immediately in order to keep the pressure on the top three. Sampdoria were denied three vital home points by a very late Cana equaliser as they were held by Lazio. Home win expected here.

Juventus Vs Udinese
Juventus have had a very positive week following the International break, since not only did they climb to the top of the Serie A standings but also took a step closer to qualifying for the last 16 of the Champions League. Despite Udinese’s recent win over Fiorentina I predict they will be outplayed by Conte’s high-flying side at the Juventus Stadium.

Fiorentina Vs Verona
Fiorentina lost by a lone goal on their travels to Udinese in Gameweek 13, however Montella and his troops will not be overly disheartened as they have had a great start to their season and sit in 5th position, just a handful of points below the all important third place. Verona surrendered their perfect home start after failing to take their chances and losing to cross town rival Chievo. Verona do not travel very well and I am backing La Viola to get back on track despite having an away Europa League fixture on Thursday night.

Lazio Vs Napoli
Monday night sees a clash between two of Italy’s top teams as Lazio look to grab their first win in 5 games and Napoli attempt to make up for the three points lost when Parma visited last weekend. This will be an exciting fixture between two sides who are not shy in front of goal, as both desperately seek to climb up the standings and keep in touch with their rivals. I predict a treat for all footie fans with an end-to-end score draw!
