Crystal Palace vs Liverpool
Prediction 2-1
The return of Wilfred Zaha was yet again pivotal to secure a vital 3 points away at Huddersfield last time out. His return to full fitness comes at just the right time for Palace’s survival fight. Liverpool have been flying of late and with Mo Salah scoring 4 last weekend and against Portugal during the international break, you’d back him to continue his hot streak in front of goal. A tricky early kick off for Liverpool that would have had most of their players playing 2 friendlies in a week may not be the best of preparations. Thus we feel that liverpool will drop points this weekend against a resurgent Palace side who are tough to beat when the crowd gets behind their team.
Brighton vs Leicester
Prediction 0-3
Brighton’s recent brilliant form has pulled them away from the relegation dog fight. Sitting 6 points and 6 positions clear of the bottom 3, a couple of more points to hit the 40 point mark would more than likely seal a fantastic first season in the top flight. Leicester have definitely put their relegation worries behind them a long time ago. A convincing 4-1 win at West Brom a couple of weeks ago was met with great praise from Puel. An entertaining encounter in store. We fancy Leicester to dispose of Brighton in quite comfortable fashion.
Manchester United vs Swansea City

The Special one vs the Analogy one. A test of two differing characters in Mourinho and Carvahal takes place at Old Trafford this weekend. The Swansea boss was full of praise for his counterpart this week. Mourinho has been under severe pressure after their European Collapse at the hands of Sevilla. This game may be one step too far for Swansea who are still nervously looking over their shoulders despite their recent upturn in form since the new manager’s arrival. With top 4 all but secured for United, their next target is to ensure they don’t allow City to win the title next week against United.
Newcastle United vs Huddersfield Town
Prediction 2-0
A crucial game for both sides takes place at St James’ Park with Huddersfield making the short trip up the A1 to face 13th place Newcastle. Rafa Benitez has done a brilliant job in the circumstances, turmoil at boardroom level, no funds to spend, Team spirit has got them through alot of this season. A fantastic win against Southampton last time out eased the pressure on them. Huddersfield on the other hand suffered at home to Crystal Palace. A missed opportunity for them. A tight match up in store, no one can afford to lose this game. However we feel the Toon will have enough to beat the Terriors.
Watford vs Bournemouth
Prediction 2-3
A mid-table clash takes place at Vicarage Road with 2 entertaining teams doing battle this Saturday Afternoon. Bournemouth’s late win over West Brom was a true reflection of him as a manager. Never say die and fight till the end. Watford will still be having nightmares of Salah’s 4 goal and assist performance 2 weeks ago and will want to quickly get that out of their minds. A thrilling match in store with Bournemouth to come out on top with the odd goal in 5.
West Bromwich Albion vs Burnley

What more can you say about West Brom’s demise? Just 3 wins all season, a terrible run of form for Pardew’s men who have been more to look no better than ordinary. 8 losses on the bounce have all but already confirmed their relegation to the Championship. Burnley on the other hand are sitting pretty in 7th, a win at home to everton was followed by a convincing win away at West Ham. 2 wins to compensate for their 13 match winless run which ended their Champions League dreams for next season. A place in the Europa League is definitely on the cards. A win here would go a long way to getting there. A win for the Cherries for us.
West Ham United vs Southampton
Prediction 2-1
Yet another huge game at the bottom of the league. The definition of a 6 pointer. 2 clubs in crisis meet at the London Stadium. Southampton have finally disposed of Pellegrino and now have 8 games to salvage their season. The West Ham faithful have grown completely disillusioned with the club. 2 pitch invasions interrupted their shocking 3-0 home defeat to Burnley. An unacceptable result for Moyes and their fans. A win could see the Hammers go 5 points clear of the drop zone. A target they must surely achieve if they want to salvage their season.
Everton vs Manchester City
Prediction 0-1
The Blue of Liverpool meets the Blue of Manchester this saturday evening. An intriguing game in store with Everton languishing in midtable and Man City all but sealing the title with plenty of games to go. Both teams could really go for it. Silva has been in amazing form of late and will want to keep providing goals and assists to fire City to their 3rd Premier League title. Everton on the other hand, are one of the 4 teams that have taken anything from Man City. Their 1-1 draw in August was seen as the catalyst for a great season. Things did not pan out that way.
City’s quality will see them through this one to set down a Title defining showdown against United next week.
Arsenal vs Stoke

A game that means alot more to Stoke than it does Arsenal. Stoke have a terrible record at the Emirates, this Sunday would be a brilliant time to turn that around and pick up 3 points. 1 point may not be good enough with the two teams above them battling it out. Arsenal have switched their focus completely on the Europa League as they are pretty much guaranteed to finish 6th this season. Expect Wenger to ring the changes but still register a home win to send the angered fans home somewhat content for another week.
Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur
Prediction 0-1
5 points separate 5th place Chelsea from 4th place Spurs who are crucially without the league’s top scorer Harry Kane. Spurs have not suffered since his injury, registering 7 goals scored and none conceded in the 2 games they’ve played. A vital win over Crystal Palace a few weeks back have kept the blues within touching distance. Nothing less than a win will do here for Chelsea. If the gap remains 5 points or even worse, 8 points, they can wave goodbye to the Champions League next year. Morata finally got off the mark in 2018 with a goal against Leicester in the FA Cup, A timely reminder to Conte that Morata should be considered the main man at Stamford Bridge. A tough one to call here, Eriksen, Son, Lamela and Alli have more than enough to cause Chelsea’s leaky backline major problems. Spurs have shown very few moments of weakness this season and that could ultimately be the difference between the two sides. A narrow win for the visitors to all but secure their top 4 status and another crack at the Champions League
