The Blues went on to seal European success midweek and morale is high in the camp. Everton were victorious in their last match at Goodison Park. Liverpool Vs QPR
Liverpool have struggled to keep the pace this season but did well to win away at Fulham last weekend. With Suarez remaining sidelined, Sturridge will once again lead the line and will hope to add to his hat-trick at Craven Cottage. Queens Park Rangers are preparing for life in The Championship following a dismal campaign. Harry Redknapp has a huge job on his hands to if Rangers are to bounce straight back to The Premier League. Comfortable home win.

Manchester City Vs Norwich
Manchester City started life without Roberto Mancini at the helm in positive fashion as they overcame a deflated Reading 2-0 at The Madejski. Brian Kidd will take charge of the side once again and will hope to give City fans something to cheer about before heading home for the Summer. Norwich are mathematically safe and whatever the outcome on Sunday, will enjoy another term in the top flight. Home win expected.

Newcastle Vs Arsenal
The eyes of North London will be on St James’ Park on Sunday afternoon. If Arsenal win they will finish in the Top 4. If they slip up then Spurs could pounce and The Gunners could be without Champions League football for the first time in 16 seasons. The Geordies are now safe from relegation but will be keen to impress their home fans and owner Mike Ashley with manager Alan Pardew under scrutiny. Reports suggest that Ashley has offered a £1m reward to non-playing staff should Newcastle beat Arsenal. The Gunners climbed back to 4th with a victory which sent Wigan down. Can see this ending in a draw opening the door for Tottenham.

Southampton Vs Stoke
Southampton welcome Stoke to St Marys for their final match of the season. The home faithful will be grateful that despite a wobbly period under Nigel Adkins, their team have survived to enjoy another term of top flight football. Stoke fans who have been immune from relegation worries also had a nervous few weeks. Tony Pulis could yet secure a finish in the top half of the table should his side win on the South Coast if other results go Stoke’s way. Draw expected here.

Swansea Vs Fulham
Swansea City will end their memorable season when Fulham visit The Liberty Stadium on Sunday. The Swans have flourished under Michael Laudrup’s guidance and won the League Cup earlier in the year. Fulham have endured an awful run of form having lost 5 League games on the trot. Martin Jol will want to put an end to that losing streak in order to end the season on a high note. Tottenham Vs Sunderland
Tottenham Hotspur face Sunderland in a match which could be hugely important for Spurs. If they win and Arsenal draw or lose at Newcastle then Spurs will qualify to play Champions League football next season. Sunderland were in a precarious position until Wigan were mathematically relegated on Tuesday evening at Arsenal. Paolo Di Canio will want to end the campaign on a high note but Spurs have far more riding on this match and should run out comfortable winners.

All eyes will be on The Hawthorns when Champions Manchester United visit for Sir Alex Ferguson’s last game as manager of The Red Devils. West Brom have enjoyed an excellent campaign under the guidance of Steve Clarke and will look to strengthen further still in the Summer. It remains to be seen whether Lukaku will be back at West Brom next term. Manchester United will be desperate to end Fergie’s reign with a victory and break the 90 point barrier. The emotional nature of the game and the hangover from last week’s celebrations may adversely affect United.

West Ham United end their campaign against relegated Reading at Upton Park. The Hammers flirted with danger earlier in the campaign but have since been solid. They start the final day in the top half of the table and will be keen to stay there. Reading have had a terrible season and the only consolation their fans can take is that they are not bottom of the table. Plenty of work needed at The Madejski if Reading are to bounce straight back to the Premier League. Home win to ensure West Ham finish in the Top 10.

Wigan Vs Aston Villa
Wigan Athletic finally conceded defeat in their battle against relegation. The exploits of their tremendous FA Cup victory over Manchester City took their toll against Arsenal. Wigan Chairman Dave Whelan is keen to retaian the services of Roberto Martinez to ensure Wigan bounce straight back to the Premier League. Aston Villa have improved considerably towards the end of the campaign. They will face a battle to hang onto star striker Christian Benteke if bigger clubs come to lure him away from Villa Park in the Summer. Bore draw at The DW Stadium.
