Aston Villa Vs Stoke

Aston Villa have parted company with manager Paul Lambert following a dismal run of results which saw them lose 5 matches in a row. The Villains need to pick up their form promptly if they are to drag themselves out of the Relegation Zone where they currently find themselves. Stoke were outplayed when Manchester City visited in Gameweek 25 and ended up on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline. The Potters had been in decent form going three without a defeat prior to the City game. Away win expected at Villa Park.

Chelsea Vs Burnley

Chelsea seemed set to draw a blank against Everton before Willian struck late to maintain their 7 point lead at the top of the Premier League. The Blues have won four of their last five matches and Burnley face a daunting prospect heading to West London. The Clarets left Old Trafford empty handed despite levelling through Danny Ings in the first half. Sean Dyche’s side are without a win in four and I expect that run to continue. Diego Costa returns from suspension from Chelsea. Home win expected.

Prediction 3-0

Crystal Palace Vs Arsenal

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew had to settle for a share of the spoils when his former Club Newcastle visited Selhurst Park in Gameweek 25. The Eagles sit 13th in the Premier League heading into this clash hoping to push on towards the top half of the table. Arsenal make the short trip to Palace on the back of their 2-1 win over Leicester in Gameweek 25. The Gunners have won four of their last five with their only defeat coming in the North London Derby. Hull Vs QPR

Hull were able to take advantage when Aston Villa visited the KC Stadium in Gameweek 25 and picked up a priceless 3 points which saw them move out of the Relegation Zone. The Tigers face another side who are struggling and have been poor on the road this season in Queens Park Rangers. The R’s picked up their first away points of the Season when they made the long trip to Sunderland last time out. That victory also moved QPR out of the drop zone heading into Gameweek 26. Hull victory expected.

Prediction 1-0

Sunderland Vs West Brom

Sunderland were the first Premier League side to concede points against a travelling Queens Park Rangers outfit. The Black Cats have an opportunity to bounce back to winning ways immediately when West Brom visit The North East. Sunderland have lost three of their last four on home soil and need to turn things around. The Baggies have been in decent form of late and have only been defeated once in their last six outings both home and away. All square at The Stadium of Light.

Prediction 1-1

Swansea Vs Manchester United

Swansea went down 2-0 at West Brom in their last game and sit 9th in the Premier League heading into their showdown with Manchester United on Saturday. Garry Monk’s side are without a win in three matches at home and the visit of a Premier League giant might be just what The Swans need to get things back on track. Despite winning three of their last four matches Manchester United have been ridiculed as a poor side who are boring to watch. The Red Devils are only 5 points adrift of City and will not have given up the possibility of catching their noisy neighbours. Away win expected at The Liberty Stadium.

Prediction 1-2

Manchester City Vs Newcastle

Manchester City seemed set to close the gap on Premier League leaders Chelsea until Willian grabbed a last-gasp winner at Stamford Bridge. City had taken care of their own business at Stoke beating the home team comfortably by a 4-1 scoreline. Aguero was back amongst the goals. Newcastle picked up a creditable point from their trip to Crystal Palace in Gameweek 25. The Magpies have picked up four points from a possible six in their last two away fixtures but face a huge challenge at The Etihad Stadium. Home win expected.

Prediction 3-0

Spurs Vs West Ham

Tottenham Hotspur played out a hugely entertaining game at Anfield but ended up leaving empty-handed following a late Mario Balotelli goal. Spurs had won three on the spin heading to Merseyside and will want to get back to winning ways immediately when rivals West Ham make the short trip to North London. West Ham have been rocked by the news that Andy Carroll is out until the end of the Season with a knee problem. The Hammers have found the net only once in their last three outings and will struggle even more without their main forward. Home win expected.

Prediction 2-0

Everton Vs Leicester

Everton were minutes away from a hard earned draw at Stamford Bridge before Willian scored a late winner for Chelsea to leave Everton ruing missed opportunities. The Toffees had gone 4 matches unbeaten before their defeat at Stamford Bridge and will look to climb to 30 points on Sunday. Leicester City lost their fourth consecutive Premier League game to leave them rooted to the bottom of the Premiership. The Foxes are 5 points from safety and seem likely to be playing Championship football next Season. Home win expected at Goodison Park.

Prediction 1-0

Southampton Vs Liverpool

Southampton host Liverpool in the final fixture of Gameweek 26. The Saints played out a bore draw against West Ham in Gameweek 25 and have conceded just two goals in their last Premier League outings. Liverpool will hope they can maintain their goal scoring form which saw them score three against Spurs in their last League fixture. Daniel Sturridge seems set to start and Mario Balotelli is pushing for a recall after netting the winner against Spurs. Score draw at St Marys.

Prediction 1-1
