Norwich Vs Everton
Norwich were outplayed when they visited Watford and left on the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline. Crystal Palace travelled to Everton on Monday Night Football and came away with a creditable 1-1 draw. Palace sit 6th in the Premier League table, a remarkable achievement with 15 matches played. The Eagles beat Newcastle 5-1 in their last outing on home soil and will hope to take advantage of a Southampton side who are struggling for form of late. The Saints have picked up just a single point from their last three outings and have slipped into the bottom half of the table. Manchester City Vs Swansea
Manchester City had the opportunity to reclaim top spot in the Premier League when they visited Stoke in Saturday’s early kick off but fluffed their lines to leave empty handed. The Sky Blues are without a win in four games away from home and are relying on their home form to keep them in contention. Swansea suffered their fourth defeat in five matches when Leicester visited and brushed them aside with 3 unanswered goals. Comfortable home win expected at The Etihad Stadium.
Sunderland Vs Watford
Sunderland were somewhat unfortunate to lose by a 3-1 scoreline when they visited Arsenal on Saturday as they were competitive throughout. The Black Cats have done well under Sam Allardyce and sit just one point from safety heading into Gameweek 16. Watford made it back-to-back wins with a 2-0 success over Norwich on Saturday. West Ham Vs Stoke
West Ham United picked up a hard-earned point when they visited Manchester United in Gameweek 15 and played out a 0-0 draw. The Hammers are back at Upton Park on Saturday looking to extend their unbeaten run to five matches. Stoke were able to beat Manchester City on Saturday which must have thrilled their manager Mark Hughes. The Potters have won three of their last four and will fancy their chances against anyone following their win over Manchester City. Bournemouth Vs Manchester United
Bournemouth produced the biggest upset of Gameweek 15 by visiting Stamford Bridge and emerging as 1-0 winners following a late Murray header. The Cherries moved themselves out of the drop zone with that victory but face another Premier League giant in Manchester United this weekend. The Red Devils could not find a way through a resolute West Ham side on Saturday finishing 0-0. Aston Villa Vs Arsenal
Aston Villa made sure they didn’t lose three in a row by picking up a creditable point at Southampton on Saturday. The Villains remain at the foot of the Premier League table and are 7 points adrift of safety following wins for Newcastle and Bournemouth. Arsenal took advantage of a difficult weekend for the Manchester clubs by beating Sunderland to move to 2nd place in the Premiership. The Gunners have struggled at West Brom and Norwich in recent weeks and will look to beat a weak Aston Villa side. Away win expected at Villa Park.
Liverpool Vs West Brom
Liverpool were clear favourites when they visited Newcastle on Super Sunday but ended up on the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline. Jurgen Klopp was disappointed with an offside call which saw a Moreno strike ruled out incorrectly. The Reds must bounce back quickly if they are to keep pace with the League leaders. West Brom picked up a point when Spurs visited in Gameweek 15. The Baggies are unbeaten in three games including matches against Arsenal and Spurs and will be no pushover. Spurs Vs Newcastle
Tottenham were unable to pick up three points when they visited West Brom in Gameweek 15 and settled for a share of the spoils. Spurs face Newcastle looking to get back to winning ways following two consecutive draws. Newcastle finally gave their fans reason to be cheerful by beating in-form Liverpool 2-0 at St James’ Park. The Magpies remain in the bottom three although only due to inferior goal difference. Spurs are extremely hard to beat and Newcastle have it all to do here. Home win expected.
Leicester Vs Chelsea
Leicester City are top of the Premier League following their 0-3 win at Swansea in Gameweek 15. Mahrez bagged a hat-trick and the match ball to send his side back to the summit of the Premiership. In huge contrast, Chelsea are just two points clear of the Relegation Zone following a 0-1 defeat by Bournemouth on Saturday. Jose Mourinho’s side are looking like a long shot for a Top 4 finish and may face a Season of rebuilding without Champions League football in 2016/2017.
