Liverpool Vs Chelsea

Liverpool’s difficult start to the Premier League Season continued as they were beaten at Newcastle United in Gameweek 10. Brendan Rodgers’ side also lost in Madrid on Tuesday night and rested a number of players with one eye on the League match against Chelsea. The Reds are already 12 points adrift of Jose Mourinho’s side and a defeat here would surely put an end to Liverpool’s title hopes already. Chelsea have been very impressive in the Premier League and are unbeaten despite facing difficult away trips to City and United. Chelsea’s win at Anfield last year cost Liverpool the title and this years Chelsea team are even better. Daniel Sturridge remains sidelined for Liverpool which Azpilicueta is eligible again following his suspension. Score draw at Anfield.

Despite their best efforts Burnley were unable to hold on against Arsenal at The Emirates in Gameweek 10. The Clarets are struggling to make the step up to Premier League standard and currently sit bottom of the Premiership. The visit of Hull gives Burnley a real opportunity to pick up something and close the gap on the Clubs above them. Steve Bruce’s side are without a win on the road in their last four matches but have picked up creditable draws at Arsenal and Liverpool lately. The Tigers sit 14th in the Premier League and will once again be without Jelavic due to injury. Bore draw expected at Turf Moor.

United have won three of their last four at Old Trafford and will face Crystal Palace who are in free-fall losing three of their last four Premier League matches most recently a Monday Night Football defeat at home to Sunderland. Southampton Vs Leicester

Southampton are the team in the best recent form in the Premier League picking up 15 points from their last 6 matches. The Saints have won four in a row at St Mary’s conceding just a single goal in the process. Ronald Koeman has done an excellent job and sees his side second in the Premier League – Sandwiched between Chelsea and Manchester City in the standings. Leicester City are on a poor run of form which they need to address before sliding further into the Relegation Zone. The Foxes had a decent start but have lost all of their last three Premier League encounters to leave them 18th heading into this game. Pelle will be a big threat who Leicester need to pay special attention to. Home win at St Marys.

West Ham Vs Aston Villa

West Ham United fans are enjoying a great start to the season under the guidance of Sam Allardyce. Many fans called for Big Sam to leave the Club last year but the Board are being rewarded for their loyalty with three home wins in a row including victories over Liverpool and Manchester City. Enner Valencia has been in red hot form and will hope to add to his haul against a Villa side who have struggled in recent games. The Villains have now lost six Premier League games in a row and can’t seem to turn things around. A deflected Harry Kane free-kick saw them lose against Spurs in Gameweek 10 and this match looks like a tough one for Paul Lambert’s side.

Swansea Vs Arsenal

Swansea City face a tough test of their credentials when Arsenal visit South Wales on Sunday afternoon. The Swans did very well to keep a clean sheet despite Shelvey’s dismissal at Goodison Park last weekend. Shelvey sits this match out through suspension which makes Swansea’s task even more difficult. Arsenal left it late to defeat Burnley in Gameweek 10. Alexis Sanchez is looking like a bargain for the Gunners and Garry Monk’s side will need to pay special attention to the Chilean forward if they are to stifle his ability.
