Crotone vs Bologna
Despite a brave performance Crotone conceded a very late goal to lose 1-0 in Rome in what was their 13th league defeat of the season to remain in the relegation zone. Bologna were easily brushed aside by a far superior Juventus in Turin however remain 10 points above the drop zone. I am backing a bore draw.
Inter vs Chievo
A Perisic double handed Inter their fourth Serie A win on the trot as the team seem to settling into Pioli’s system while Chievo’s poor run of form continued after they lost at home to Atalanta as they continue to slide down the table despite a great start to their season. I am backing another win for the Nerazzurri on Saturday night.
Cagliari vs Genoa
Cagliari conceded a very late Bacca strike to lost out at the San Siro while Genoa were punished by a first half Izzo own goal as they lost 0-1 to Roma in what is a rare home defeat for the Ligurians. I reckon the Sardinians will put up a fight and the visitors will have settle for a draw.

Lazio vs Atalanta
Lazio left it very late to down a stubborn Crotone side as Inzaghi’s side maintained their 4th place in the standings in their quest to secure Champions League football in May. Atalanta are also on a mission to play European football next year as their superb season continued with an impressive 1-4 in Chievo. I predict an exciting encounter and reckon the home side can just edge this.

Napoli vs Pescara
Napoli were another of the top sides in Italy who left it very very late to secure a win last weekend as a 95th minute Tonelli strike saw them slip past a determined Sampdoria side who played for over 30 minutes with ten men following a two harsh yellow cards against defender Silvestre. With just one win this season Pescara are hot favourites to return to Serie B.
Sampdoria vs Empoli
Sampdoria lost in the cruellest of circumstances on Saturday night as they conceded a very late goal to return home empty handed. Empoli defeated fellow relegation candidates Palermo thanks to a penalty converted by veteran striker Maccarone to move 7 points clear of the bottom three. Home win expected.
Sassuolo vs Palermo
Sassuolo are just eight points above the bottom three in what has been a disappointing season for the Neroverdi considering their 6th place finish last season. Palermo are heading back down to Serie B as they lost out in Empoli and now linger 7 points from safety. This is a must win for the home side.
Udinese vs Roma
Udinese could have gone 3-0 up in the opening 20 minutes but were punished after failing to take their chances and eventually lost out 1-2 to Inter. Roma were far from impressive as they won 0-1 on their travels thanks to an own goal as Spalletti’s men remained well in the hunt of second place Juventus. I reckon the visitors can win again on Sunday.
Fiorentina vs Juventus
Sunday night sees two of Italy’s top teams clash in Florence as Fiorentina welcome reigning champions and league leaders Juventus. The home side have had mixed fortunes so far this term and sit in a mid-table position while Juventus look more and more likely of securing their sixth consecutive Scudetto in a few months time. Expect a game full of action and drama.
Prediction 1-2 – An away win is at odds of 1.83 on Bet365!! CLICK HERE to claim your bonus!
Torino vs Milan
Many have said that these two sides have over achieved so far this season with Torino sitting in 8th place and Milan occupying 5th place with a game in hand. I predict a very close affair and I backing the home side to frustrate Montella’s men and snatch a point.

The Gunners seemed to be heading for defeat at Bournemouth last time out before Giroud equalised in injury time. The French forward has been in good form lately and will be a danger to Swansea. Away Win Expected at The Liberty Stadium – Back an Arsenal Win Here.
Watford Vs Middlesborough
Despite a positive start to the Season, Watford are finding themselves falling towards the Relegation Zone. The Hornets are without a win in their last five Premier League outings and have scored just twice in 450 minutes of play. Middlesborough moved to 19 points following their 0-0 draw against Leicester in Gameweek 20. Boro would likely settle for a point in this fixture. Stalemate Expected at Vicarage Road – Back a Bore Draw Here.
West Ham Vs Crystal Palace
West Ham United have suffered back-to-back Premier League defeats at the hands of Leicester and Manchester United. The Hammers will be eager to get back to winning ways when they host Crystal Palace on Saturday. The Eagles have picked up just one point from a possible fifteen in their last five Premier League outings. West Ham will enter this match as clear favourites. Home Win Expected at The London Stadium – Back a West Ham Win Here.
Leicester Vs Chelsea
Leicester City have failed to live up to expectations following their Premier League Title last Season. The Foxes have struggled and see themselves 15th in the EPL table heading into Gameweek 21. Chelsea saw their winning streak come to an end when they visited rivals Tottenham on Wednesday evening. Antonio Conte will demand an immediate response for his team but Leicester have been difficult to beat at home. All Square at The King Power Stadium – Back a Score Draw Here.

Everton have enjoyed a good festive period picking up seven points from a possible nine. The Toffees are playing well and beat Southampton 3-0 in Gameweek 20. Away Win Expected at Goodison Park – Back a Manchester City Win Here.
Manchester United Vs Liverpool
Manchester United host Liverpool on Super Sunday in one of the marquee fixtures in the Premier League calendar. The Red Devils have been in excellent form in recent weeks to put themselves back into EPL Title contention. Liverpool are also in good form but drew at Sunderland before a disappointing stalemate in the FA Cup. Mourinho will be desperate to win his first Derby at Old Trafford as Manchester United Manager. Home Win Expected at Old Trafford – Back a Manchester United Win Here.
Empoli vs Palermo
Serie A football returns after a two weeks Christmas break with two of the bottom sides facing off in what I predict will be a closely fought encounter which will end in a draw. Empoli sit four points clear of the Sicilians who have a very good away record.
Napoli vs Sampdoria
Napoli went into the Christmas break following a thrilling 3-3 draw in Florence while Sampdoria held Udinese to a 0-0 draw in what was a rather drab affair as La Samp maintained their mid-table status. I am backing the home side to win comfortably on Saturday night.
Udinese vs Inter
Udinese held out for a point in Sampdoria while Inter gave their fans an early Christmas present after beating Lazio 3-0 at the San Siro to edge slightly closer up the standings. The home side are no pushovers and I reckon Pioli’s men will have to settle for a draw in the early Sunday afternoon kick-off.
Prediction -1-1 – A draw is at odds of 3.50 – click here to benefit from a FREE 100% BONUS of from BET365
Chievo vs Atalanta
Despite taking an early lead Chievo were unable to hold a superior Roma side at bay at eventually lost 3-1 on their travels to the Olimpico. Atalanta’s impressive run of form continued with a 2-1 win over lowly Empoli thanks to a late D’Alessandro goal. The home side should have enough to hold out for a point.
Prediction – 1-1- A draw is at odds of 3.10 – click here to benefit from a FREE 100% BONUS from BET365
Genoa vs Roma
Lady luck was not on Genoa’s side in Gameweek 18 since even though they had the lion’s share of chances they still somehow lost 1-0 in Turin to remain in 12th place. Roma came from behind to eventually win comfortably in front of their home crowd and end the year in second place. Considering late last year Genoa beat the likes of Juve and Milan at Luigi Ferraris I am backing them to frustrate Spallett’s side.
Lazio vs Crotone
Lazio ended 2016 on a sour note after losing 3-0 at the San Siro however remain 4th in the Serie A table after an excellent start to their campaign. With just two wins from their opening 17 games Crotone looks like favourites to return to Serie B come May and I predict the visitors will have little luck in Rome.
Pescara vs Fiorentina
Pescara scored very late on in Palermo to frustrate the home side and collect just their ninth point of the season as the Serie A newbies remained rooted to the foot of the standings. Fiorentina played out a thrilling 3-3 encounter with Napoli at the Artemio Franchi to end what has been quite a poor season for La Viola on a high note. I am backing an away win on Sunday afternoon.
Sassuolo vs Torino
Sassuolo’s poor season continued after somehow throwing away a two goal lead to lose 4-3 in Sardinia in what was a thrilling game of football. Torino ended the year on a positive note after making the most of their chances and beating Genoa 1-0 at home. The home side are lingering just a handful of points above the bottom three and should do enough to hold out for a point.
Milan vs Cagliari
Milan made sure their fans had a lot to cheer about over the festive season after they beat eternal rivals Juventus on penalties in the Italian Super Cup in what was the first piece of silverware under Montella’s tenure. Cagliari are now 13 points clear of the relegation zone thanks to a spirited comeback over Sassuolo winning by the odd goal in seven. Home win expected.
Prediction 2-0 – A home win is at odds of 1.40 on Bet365!! CLICK HERE to claim your bonus!
Juventus vs Bologna
With a game in hand Juventus already lead the rest of the rest of the Serie A standings by four points as Allegri’s side look to win their sixth consecutive Scudetto. Bologna have so far done enough to keep their noses clear of the bottom three however despite their best efforts I predict an easy home win for the Old Lady.
Empoli vs Cagliari
Empoli held out for a draw in Bologna on Sunday afternoon as they kept their noses just above the bottom three while Cagliari were pummelled 0-5 by a far superior Napoli side in Sardinia. Considering both sides have struggled so much this season I reckon a bore draw is on the cards.
Milan vs Atalanta
Milan will count themselves unlucky for losing out in Rome on Monday night after their in form front man Niang missed a first half penalty and the Rossoneri eventually lost out 1-0 at the Olimpico. After a superb run of form including a seven game winning streak Atalanta how now lost two on the trot, including a surprise home loss to a struggling Udinese side. I am backing the home side to win this.
Juventus vs Roma
Juventus’s determination gifted them with an invaluable 1-3 over local rivals Torino following a late double from Higuain and Pjanic as the Old Lady maintain their march towards their sixth consecutive Scudetto. A second half Nainggolan strike gifted Roma with a slim 1-0 win over Milan to move clear into second place. I expect a hotly contesting game at the Juventus Stadium and the home side should just pip this.
Prediction -2-1 – A home win is at odds of 1.75 – click here to benefit from a FREE 100% BONUS of from BET365
Sassuolo vs Inter
Despite a dismal performance Inter won 2-0 at the San Siro against Genoa in what was a much needed moral boasting win. Sassuolo fought hard in Florence however lacked the quality to really challenge Fiorentina and left empty handed. I believe the home side will do just enough to frustrate the visitors and hold out for a draw.
Prediction – 1-1- A draw is at odds of 3.25 – click here to benefit from a FREE 100% BONUS from BET365
Chievo vs Sampdoria
Chievo did extremely well to beat a stubborn Palermo side in Sicily and move up to tenth in the standings while Sampdoria were beaten 1-2 by Lazio despite having the lion’s share of possession. These sides sit on equal points so this is a hard one to call, however I am sticking my neck out and backing a home win.
Pescara vs Bologna
Pescara lost out in the relegation ‘six-pointer’ over Crotone in what was a heated affair with numerous yellow cards and one man from each side receiving a second yellow. Bologna were frustrated by a stubborn Empoli side and failed to create any real chances as the game ended 0-0. I reckon the home side have just enough to hold out for a draw.
Napoli vs Torino
Napoli seem to be in for a good run of form after scoring eight goals in their last two Serie A games and conceding none as they look to make up for lost ground over league leaders Juve. Torino lost out in the Turin derby and I am reckon they will lose again on their journey down South this Sunday afternoon.
Udinese vs Crotone
Udinese will be delighted with their hard fought 1-3 win over an in form Atalanta side while Crotone will be equally pleased after winning just their second game of the season over fellow relegation favourites Pescara to move just two points from safety. I predict the home sides’ Serie A experience will be enough to see them through.
Genoa vs Palermo
Genoa were punished for failing to make the most of some clear cut chances at the San Siro and were punished for their wastefulness. Palermo’s disastrous season continued as they lost to Chievo to drop to the bottom of the Serie A table. I am backing the home side to bounce back.
Prediction 2-0 – A home win is at odds of 1.57 on Bet365!! CLICK HERE to claim your bonus!
Lazio vs Fiorentina
Lazio got back to winning ways in an important away win over Sampdoria while Fiorentina made it two wins in a row after beating Sassuolo at home thanks to a Kalinic double. I predict an extremely entertaining affair in Rome and am backing a home win.
