Boro will be keen to avoid defeat here to boost their prospects of survival. Bore Draw Expected at Selhurst Park – Back a Stalemate Here.
Everton Vs Sunderland
Everton have been in excellent form in recent weeks and have consolidated 7th place in the Premier League table. The Toffees will be favourites to pick up another three points when they host Sunderland on Saturday. The Black Cats remain bottom of the Premier League table despite picking up four points from their last three outings. Big Sam’s side have plenty of work to do in order to secure their Premier League status. Home Win Expected at Goodison Park – Back an Everton Win Here.
Hull Vs Burnley
Hull were unable to maintain their excellent form against the Premier League’s finest when they lost at Arsenal in Gameweek 25. The Tigers are in the Relegation Zone and are desperate to pick up more points. Despite many Predictions of gloom, Burnley are mid-table and have no Relegation issues of their own. The Clarets held Chelsea to a 1-1 draw last time out and will not be beaten easily. All Square at The KCOM Stadium – Back a Score Draw Here.
West Brom Vs Bournemouth

The Baggies are unbeaten in their last four EPL games and will be keen to pick up three points here. Bournemouth went down 0-2 when they hosted Manchester City on MNF. The Cherries have lost four of their last five and will be clear underdogs here. Home Win Expected at The Hawthorns – Back a West Brom Win Here.

With Barca strongest at home, winning all of their last 7 home games in all competitions, the Madrid side will be hoping to catch them on a poor away day and take advantage of being on home soil, where they’ve won 4 of their last 5 fixtures. Tomorrow night features the start of the Betway Premier League Darts, this week in Newcastle. All eyes will no doubt be on defending champion Michael van Gerwen who plays against last year’s semi-finalist Gary Anderson in a repeat of last month’s World Championship Final. Van Gerwen triumphed 7-3 on that occasion with an incredible three-dart average of 107.79, and he’s currently 8/15 favourite to retain his Premier League crown this year. Phil Taylor, who came a close second in the Premier League table last year before being outclassed 11-3 in the final by MVG, should have a slightly easier opening game when he faces Dave Chisnall who finished the last Premier League season on just 3 points overall – sign up HERE today!
Over the weekend we see a host of La Liga and Bundesliga games where top of the table Bayern Munich welcome FC Schalke in a game that looks to end only one way. Meanwhile, current second place Leipzig face Borussia Dortmund away, with just 3 points separating them from Bayern the away side will be looking to do all they can in a game which could impact their final league position – sign up HERE today!

Bologna vs Napoli
Bologna ended the game in extremely frustrating circumstances after they had two men sent off and also conceded a late goal to leave Sardinia with a point. Napoli huffed and puffed but couldn’t get the better of a stubborn Palermo side as Sarri’s men lost further points on league leaders Juve. I predict an away win.
Milan vs Sampdoria
Despite taking an early lead Milan’s youthful squad were punished for their mistakes and inefficiency in front of goal and lost 2-1 in Udine. Sampdoria were superb as they came from behind to beat Roma 3-2 in what was a great game of football. I reckon Montella’s men will get back to winning ways on Sunday.
Atalanta vs Cagliari
Both these sides had to fight back and earn a vital point in their respective games as the home side look to qualify for European football next season while the visitors target a mid-table finish. I predict a home win.
Empoli vs Torino
Empoli are eight points clear from the bottom three however still have a lot of work to do should they intend to avoid a relegation scrap come May. Torino fought hard and played out a 1-1 draw with Atalanta. I am backing another draw.
Genoa vs Sassuolo
Genoa showed some much needed determination and grit as they twice came from behind to hold Fiorentina to a 3-3 draw in what was a action packed encounter. Sassuolo were swept aside by a far superior Juve as they remained 16th in the standings after an extremely disappointing season for Di Francesco’s men. I predict a home win.
Pescara vs Lazio
Bottom side Pescara have had a torrid time in the Serie A, winning just one game to date and having collected just nine points. Lazio failed to make the most of their chances and paid the ultimate price as Chievo struck late at the Olimpico. This will be a close encounter but I reckon the visitors can get back to winning ways.
Palermo vs Crotone
Palermo secured a rare point on their Sunday evening trip to Naples while Crotone were finally awarded for their spirited performance after they beat fellow strugglers Empoli 4-1. This is a do-or-die for both sides but I reckon the game will end in a stalemate.
Juventus vs Inter
Juventus maintained their march towards their sixth consecutive Scudetto after a solid 0-2 win in Sassuolo while Inter won their seventh straight Serie A encounter to move up to fourth in the standings. I expect an extremely exciting game in Turin between two of Italy’s most in form sides but the visitor’s should just pip this.
Roma vs Fiorentina
Roma’s superb run of form came to an abrupt end on Sunday afternoon after they threw away their lead and lost 3-2 in Sampdoria. Fiorentina were also guilty of missing out last weekend as they allowed Genoa back into the game on two occasions as the game ended 3-3. Roma should have enough to win this.
This week bet365 customers can watch the culmination of the first tennis major of the year, with the Australian Open at the semi-final stage. With the top 3 seeds all exiting the Men’s tournament there could be a first Australian Open title in 7 years for Roger Federer, or in 8 years for Rafael Nadal. Both players face stern tests in their semi-finals though, against Stan Wawrinka and Grigor Dimitrov respectively. In the Women’s tournament sisters Serena and Venus Williams will be desperate to make it a family affair in the final but standing in their way are Coco Vandeweghe and Mirjana Lucic-Baroni. The Williams sisters met each other in the final back in 2003, with Serena taking the honours in a closely-contested match, winning 7-6, 3-6, 6-4. sign up HERE today!
African Cup of Nations
Meanwhile, the African Cup of Nations is set to enter the knockout stages after the final games of the group stage tonight. Egypt face Ghana tonight with both knowing that a draw will be enough to secure their aims; a point for Ghana will ensure they finish top of the group and for Egypt it will be enough to secure their place in the Quarter Finals at the expense of Mali. The first Quarter Final is on Saturday afternoon, and the standout tie of the round is undoubtedly Senegal v Cameroon later that day. Sadio Mané has scored in both matches he’s played in the tournament so far, and is looking to fire the new tournament favourites to glory – sign up HERE today!
League Cup and European Football
Back in England his club mates also have their eyes on a trophy, with their EFL Cup Semi Final Second Leg taking place tonight. They’re a goal down to Southampton from the first leg but with the backing of the Anfield faithful they’ll be confident of getting the result that will secure their place at Wembley next month. The winners of tonight’s tie will find out tomorrow who they face in the final, with Manchester United overwhelming favourites to get there having triumphed 2-0 against Hull in the first leg of the other semi.
Over in Spain the big three, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Barcelona, are all looking to join Deportivo Alavés in the Copa Del Rey Semi Finals. Atlético won their first leg away at Eibar 3-0, so should be safely through after tonight’s return leg. Barcelona also won away, 1-0 against Sociedad, so knowing that a draw will be enough tomorrow at home should also ensure comfortable qualification. Real are in a spot of bother though, having succumbed to a 2-1 defeat at home to Celta Vigo. Tonight’s game at Balaídos should therefore be an interesting watch – sign up HERE today!
